Erna van der Werff is the co-founder of Un-Believe-Able. She has extensive experience in psychology. Since 1995, she has operated her own practice in regression and hypnotherapy. Over the years, she has pursued numerous courses and trainings, including Reiki (I, II, and III), dream workshops, transactional analysis, family constellations, grief processing for youth, yoga, mindfulness, trance dance, aura readings and healing, as well as many schools of thought that focus on the subconscious. Although the techniques to accomplish this are not new, they remain largely unknown to the mainstream. Erna wants everyone in the world to learn about these methods and to be able to use them at home, whenever they feel the need to change a belief or reduce stress.
